Required Skills:

• Valid registered nurse licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1-2+ years of emergency room experience
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage multiple complex cases efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and medical protocols
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with emergency equipment and advanced life support techniques
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, acute care environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• Prior experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care nursing is highly valued

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel if outside the local area, with consideration for travel distance
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in a clinical setting
