Description

Schedule: 5x8s, Nights, 40 hours/week
Start: ASAP starts only
Length: 13 weeks
EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)

Requirements:

Long-term care, skilled nursing, or sub-acute experience
Medication administration experience
Memory care and dementia care knowledge
Familiarity with MDS assessments
Ability to assess residents, create care plans, and respond to changes in condition
Preferred: IV skills, tube feedings, and light wound care
