Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Facility: Greater Baltimore Medical Center
Location: 6701 N Charles St, Towson, MD 21204
Duration: 9 Weeks
Start Date: 6/23/2026
Shift: 3x12 Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On Call Requirements: On call schedule to be determined by facility
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
PR: $22.5 Hour on W2 + $1240/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $2050
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ health conditions on admission and ongoing (vital signs, pain, symptoms, physical exams)
- Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans
- Provide direct bedside care (medications, wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, etc.)
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms for patients on heart monitoring
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications safely (oral, IV, IM, subcutaneous)
- Verify medication orders and check for interactions/allergies
Submission Requirements
- 2+ years recent Med Surg/Tele experience - [REQUIRED]
- 2+ years experience working with stroke patients, listed on resume - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to take Telemetry patients as needed - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered - [REQUIRED]
- Must be willing to take mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours if offered - [REQUIRED]
- COVID REQUIRED - DECLINATIONS NOT APPROVED - MUST BE STATE RECORED - [REQUIRED]
- Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted! Must be willing to work facilities schedule - [REQUIRED]
