Tele RN – Job Description
Location: Augusta, GA 30901
Telemetry RN needed for an acute care telemetry unit serving adult to geriatric patients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
- Experience with Epic required
- Strong telemetry experience required
Clinical Experience Needed:
- CHF, MI / chest pain (pre & post cath)
- Dysrhythmias (pre & post device implants)
- Hypo/hypertension
- Pleural effusion
- Sepsis
- PE/DVT and vascular conditions
Unit Details:
- Patient ratio: 1:4–5
- 16-bed telemetry unit
- Floating required within facility/scope as needed
Uses Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR
