Experience
- Minimum 3 years Physical Therapy experience - Required
- Hospital-based Physical Therapy experience - Preferred
- Experience providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services - Preferred
- Experience treating patients across all age groups - Required
- Experience developing evidence-based treatment plans - Required
- Experience working in culturally diverse healthcare settings - Preferred
License
- Active Alaska Physical Therapist License - Required
Certifications
- BLS/BCLS - Required
- Proof of Completed COVID Vaccinations - Required
EMR
