Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in both Neuro ICU and Neuro Stepdown/IMCU units
• Float between ICU and Stepdown units as required
• Monitor and manage patients with neurological and neurovascular conditions
• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and critical care monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting

Patient Ratios:

• ICU: 1:2
• Stepdown/IMCU: 1:3-4

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU or Neuro Stepdown experience required
• Strong neurological nursing experience required
• Active RN license required
• Certifications and references required
• Resume/work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
• Skills checklist and Nursys verification required
