- Schedule: 3 shifts/week (36 hours)

🩺 What You’ll Do
- Deliver holistic, resident-centered nursing care
- Perform assessments, care planning, and evaluations
- Administer medications and IV therapy
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate residents and families on care plans and discharge needs
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNA staff
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, and MDS documentation standards
✅ Requirements
- Active RN license (state or compact accepted)
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Minimum ASN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Experience in Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
💪 Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 50–100 lbs (with assistance)
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and extended shifts
