Description
Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Critical Care | $2808 weekly (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) |36 hours/week
Seeking an experienced CTICU RN with strong cardiovascular critical care skills, confident managing fresh post-op heart patients, vasoactive drips, ventilators, and complex hemodynamic monitoring in a fast-paced ICU setting.
Job Details:
Location: Utica, NY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions
Radius Rule: 75-mile radius rule applies for travel rate eligibility
Local candidates within 75 miles may still be accepted at a reduced local rate
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent CTICU/CVICU experience required
Experience with fresh hearts/open-heart recovery REQUIRED
Previous travel nursing experience REQUIRED
Experience using EPIC EMR REQUIRED
Active certifications required:
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Unit Details
CTICU with 6 beds
High-acuity cardiovascular critical care environment
Common patient diagnoses/procedures include:
Cardiovascular surgery recovery
Cardiogenic Shock
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA)
Fresh open-heart patients
