Description
Requirements
- Active New York State LVN/LPN license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of SNF / Long‑Term Care experience
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Nights – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM or Evening 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- Hours: 8 hours per shift
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long‑term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Perform patient assessments and document care accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity during overnight hours
