Required Skills:

• Proficient and independent in labor management
• Experience circulating cesarean sections and OB triage
• Strong knowledge of labor, pre-term labor, vaginal delivery, and pregnancy complications
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:3
• Current RN licensure in Texas (or compact)
• ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, PALS are required prior to submission
• Must be over 60 miles

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with labor & delivery management beyond minimum requirements
• Familiarity with GE Centricity and Meditech EHR systems
• Ability to float as needed
• Meditech experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active RN license in Texas
• At least 2+ years of labor and delivery experience in a hospital setting
