Assignment Details<ul><li>Duration: 13 weeks</li><li>Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM</li><li>Schedule: 3x12s</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active California RN license</li><li>BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, LA City Fire Card required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of ICU experience</li><li>Strong Neuro ICU experience required</li><li>Community hospital ICU experience required</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive care to critically ill ICU patients</li><li>Manage ventilated patients, vasoactive drips, and sedation</li><li>Interpret telemetry, dysrhythmias, and arterial blood gases</li><li>Care for neuro patients including stroke, TBI, and post‑neurosurgery</li><li>Administer blood products and titrate cardiac drips</li><li>Manage central lines, arterial lines, PICCs, and ports</li><li>Support bedside cardiac and GI procedures when patients are unstable</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary ICU, trauma, and neuro teams</li><li>Document patient care accurately in Epic</li></ul>
