Description

RN – Inpatient Behavioral Health Float Pool

Facility: Carrier Clinic
Unit: Inpatient Behavioral Health
Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Schedule: 3 x 12s

Requirements

Every other weekend required
No holiday requirement
No on-call requirement
Floating required

Experience

Required: 2 years inpatient behavioral health experience
Preferred: 3+ years experience
Float Pool experience strongly preferred

Required Hard Skills

Inpatient Behavioral Health
Float Pool experience
Ability to adapt quickly across units/patient populations

Ideal Candidate

An RN with strong psych/inpatient behavioral health background who is comfortable floating between units, managing varying patient acuity levels, and working in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
