Description
Position: Charge Nurse – Days (RN)
Location: Bangor, ME 04401
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care for assigned residents/patients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and ancillary team members.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for staff.
- Assist with administrative duties in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
- Promote patient/resident and family education to support health and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum requirement).
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in SNF or LTC settings.
Licensure:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine or Compact RN license.
Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
