Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an RN – Emergency Department in West Bloomfield, MI! This is a 13-week contract (option to extend) offering full-time hours (48 hrs/week) in a fast-paced ED setting supporting high-quality, compassionate patient care.

RN – Emergency Department Responsibilities

Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver patient-centered care
Delegate, supervise, and document care and patient/family teaching
Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team
Participate in identifying variances from patient goals and implementing solutions

RN – Emergency Department Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Active Michigan RN license (in good standing)
BLS (AHA/ARC)
ACLS (required per schedule notes)
BSN (required per schedule notes)
Minimum 1 year nursing experience (ED experience strongly preferred)
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
