Description
Registered Nurse – LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
📍 Location: Vail, CO 81658
🕒 Assignment Length: 13 weeks
⏰ Shift: Rotating – Days (0700–1900) and/or Nights (1900–0700). Traveler may be asked to work either shift.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
- Education: Associate Nursing Degree or higher.
- Licensure: Active RN license in Colorado or a valid compact state license.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the LDRP unit, including monitoring maternal and fetal well-being.
- Assist with labor support, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies and standards of care.
