• 29-bed Oncology unit
• Ratios typically 1:5 (occasionally 1:6)
• Meditech charting

Patient Population Includes:
• Acute oncology symptoms
• Hematology patients
• Neutropenia / thrombocytopenia
• Sickle cell crisis
• End-of-life care
• Medical overflow
