-Certs: AHA BLS
-License: Active LPN License compact or VA
-NO HOLIDAY RTO
-One year of experience required
-Behavioral Health and Geriatric experience required
-Medication administration experience required
-Psychiatric and/or long-term care experience preferred
-Travel Experience not required
-COVID Vaccine Requirement: No longer required

Location: 5001 East, Patrick Henry Hwy, Burkeville, VA 23922
Facility size: 123 bed facility
Scrub Color Requirement: Any color-must be clean, ironed, not tight fitting, and not have inappropriate text or images.

• Case types: Approx. 50% psychiatric and 50% neurocognitive disorders with behavioral disturbance. Many patients have multiple medical comorbidities and functional impairments and may require extensive assistance with ADLs. About 10% of our population is forensic.
• Patient ratios:
• RN - 1:34 long term unit / 1:19 admission unit
• LPN - 1:17
• CNA/DSA - 1:5 or 1:7 depending on unit
