Variety of nursing staff in terms of years of experience, some have been here 20+ years. We just opened our new 12 bed ICU expansion to allow us to care for 28 ICU patients. Will undergo level II trauma survey this year. Our Intensivists are 24/7 and are the best doctors I have worked with in my 18 year of nursing. They are patient, willing to teach and respectful of our staff. The ICU staff are welcoming and appreciative of our travelers. HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge average census ranges from 100-125.
