Description
Required Experience:
- MUST HAVE current CVOR experience
- MUST HAVE Cardiothoracic experience
- MUST HAVE bypass surgery experience (Coronary Artery Bypass)
- Strong independent OR Circulator experience required
Certifications Required:
- BLS – AHA ONLY
- ACLS – AHA ONLY
Role Details:
- RN will support a variety of surgical cases ranging from routine to urgent and trauma procedures
- Responsibilities include both pre-operative and post-operative care
- CVOR cases will be intermittent, not daily
- Participation in CVOR call is required
- Call responsibility is ONLY for CVOR cases, not general OR circulator call
Important Candidate Expectations:
- Candidate must be comfortable functioning independently in the OR
- Current CVOR experience is required to safely manage active CVOR cases performed at the facility
