10-15 patients per day, on average, subject to change

Currently the department is staffed with 3 PTs and 1 PTA

About Facility:
Outpatient PT is located within Mayo Hospital
This is a primarily outpatient travel rotation, however there may be occasional circumstances where coverage is needed for ED consults, Day surgery patients, or inpatient.

Will work primarily Outpatient PT – discussed during interview
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: none
No call required
Holiday Expectations: Rehab department will close on 6 major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day; would be expected to work all other holidays as scheduled
RTO: Manager approval
Shift times: 0800-1630 (Mon – Fri)
