Description

Assignment Details

Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12‑hour shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Requirements

Active RN license
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA) required
Minimum 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
Strong skills in ventilators, ICP monitoring, and critical care drips
Epic experience required

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to critically ill Neuro ICU patients
Manage ventilated patients and advanced airway support
Monitor and manage ICP, EVDs, lumbar drains, and neuromonitoring
Care for patients with ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, TBI, SAH, seizures, and post‑neurosurgery
Assist with bedside procedures (EVD placement, central lines, PEGs, tracheostomies)
Document care accurately in Epic
Collaborate with neurosurgery, neurology, and critical care teams
