Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract
Location: Sun City, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Job Summary
Perform technical procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, focusing on Electrophysiology (EP) Study and Radiofrequency (RF) Ablation cases. Responsibilities include:
- High Tech Scrub and Mobile C-Arm operation
- Imaging and assisting with cardiovascular arterial and venous studies such as vascular angiography, angioplasty, arteriography, electrophysiology, hemodynamic measurements, and PPM/AICD insertion and replacements
- Working under direction of Cath Lab leadership
Required Certifications and Licenses
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Recent Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- Experience as an Electrophysiology Technician
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- RCIS or RCES certification
Specialty and Experience
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology with focus on cardiac cath lab procedures
- Prior travel experience: Not required
Additional Information
