The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling cardiac drips, floating between units, and working in a high-acuity environment.</p><p>The nurse should be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate strong clinical and critical thinking skills.</p><h2>Unit Details</h2><ul><li>34-bed Cardiac PCU/Telemetry Stroke Overflow Unit</li><li>Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4 / 1:5</li><li>Fast-paced acute care environment</li><li>Floating required based on facility needs</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/Telemetry RN experience</li><li>Active RN License</li><li>ACLS Certification</li><li>BLS Certification</li><li>NIH Certification</li><li>Recent Epic charting experience within the last year</li><li>Recent phlebotomy experience within the last year</li><li>Must be able to start and maintain IVs</li><li>Must be comfortable with cardiac drips</li><li>Accredited nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE required</li></ul>
