X-Ray Technician Travel Opportunity
Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel - Clinical Allied Health
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Perform imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Coordinate daily imaging procedures and monitor for necessary revisions
- Must be comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR) environment
- Ability to work independently in a large facility (900 beds)
Schedule
- Shift: AM
- Hours per day: 10
- Hours per week: 30
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license in New Jersey
- Minimum 18 months of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
- At least 18 months of total travel experience as a Radiology Technician
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with GE Healthcare imaging equipment
- X-Ray Technician experience
Additional Information
- Current knowledge of clinical practice trends, healthcare informatics, and new hardware/software technology developments is expected
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
