Licenses & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or valid compact state required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow to ensure safe and efficient care delivery
• Triage incoming patient requests for services
• Provide patient education to support care plans, informed healthcare choices, and wellness promotion
• Delegate care appropriately in accordance with Colorado statutes
• Perform thorough patient assessments, prioritize care, and apply critical thinking skills
• Handle high patient call volume regarding medications, information, and assistance
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to safety guidelines
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, Vail Health, and other providers to maximize outcomes
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
• Deliver relationship-based care, advocating for patient safety, preferences, and effective communication with families

• Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
