Description

Key Responsibilities

Decontaminate, clean, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and trays
Ensure compliance with hospital sterilization and infection prevention protocols
Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of instruments and equipment
Support operating room supply needs and case cart preparation
Assist with instrument recalls, replacements, and supply substitutions
Collaborate with OR staff and clinical teams to ensure surgical readiness
Follow all safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Support inventory control and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years sterile processing experience At least 5 years in sterile processing management or supervisory role Strong leadership and team development skills Experience in hospital or surgical suite environment Required Certifications: CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) BLS (AHA)
