Travel RN Home Health in Honolulu, HI
Pay: $2720/weekly
Day Shift | 8X5
16 weeks assignment.
40 guaranteed hours.

Required:
• RN HI
• BLS
• 3+ Years Experience Required
• Travel Experience Required (No First-Time Travelers)
• BSN & BLS Required
• Home Care Home Base Experience Required.

Description:
3+ years of RN Home Health experience required. Travel experience is mandatory; first-time travelers will not be considered. BSN and BLS required. Must have HomeCare HomeBase charting experience. Strong experience required in Adult Home Health, OASIS, SOC, Recertification, Case Management, Wound Care, IV/Central Line Care, Catheter Care, Tracheostomy Care, Medication Management, Pain Assessment, Phlebotomy, and Infection Control. COVID and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only).
