Description
Travel LPN / LVN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Winslow, Arizona
Position Overview
Winslow Campus of Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have previous nursing experience, preferably in a Long-Term Care setting, and be comfortable providing care to a diverse geriatric population.
Schedule:
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 3x12s
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
- Overtime: Billable after 48 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN License
- Minimum 1 Year of Nursing Experience Required
- Long-Term Care (LTC) Experience Preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- New travelers are welcome to apply if they have prior nursing experience
