- Day & Night Shifts Available
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- 18 Months to 3 Years of NICU Experience
- Strong critical care and neonatal assessment skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Certifications
- BLS
- NRP
- ACLS (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Educate and support patient families
