NOW HIRING: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) | Wilmington, NC

Schedule

Clinic Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Schedule Requirements:

2–3 weekday shifts required
Every other weekend required
Average of 32.5–40 hours bi-weekly

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellness
Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)
Respond to patient care questions and provide ongoing support
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently
Support clinic operations, quality initiatives, and patient engagement efforts
Validate insurance coverage and incorporate findings into patient care planning

Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
Current National Board Certification and active state APRN/FNP license
Minimum 1 year of Family Nurse Practitioner experience required
Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days
