Description

NOW HIRING: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) | San Antonio, TX

 

Benefits

  • Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days
  • 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of eligible service 

Schedule

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Schedule Requirements:

  • 2–3 weekday shifts required
  • Every other weekend required
  • Average of 32.5–40 hours bi-weekly 

Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellness
  • Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Respond to patient care questions and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities efficiently
  • Support clinic operations, quality initiatives, and patient engagement efforts
  • Validate insurance coverage and incorporate findings into patient care planning 

Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification and active state APRN/FNP license
  • Minimum 1 year of Family Nurse Practitioner experience required
  • Must have experience working in primary care or urgent care setting
  • BLS from AHA or ARC required
  • Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days
