Description

Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Illinois | 26-Week Contract

Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a 26-week travel assignment providing evaluation and treatment services for patients of all ages.

Shift Details:

  • Days | Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 40 Hours/Week
  • 26-Week Contract

Requirements:

  • Active Illinois SLP License
  • Master’s Degree required
  • BLS (AHA) required
  • Pediatric speech and feeding/swallowing experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, feeding, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Administer standardized assessments and interpret results
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and home exercises
  • Collaborate with PT/OT and interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete EMR documentation and daily charging
