Travel Radiation Therapist – Day Shift | 26-Week Contract

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a long-term travel assignment working in a Photon therapy environment. This role is responsible for delivering prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately while collaborating closely with Radiation Oncologists and the oncology care team.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours Available
• 26-Week Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer ionizing radiation treatments per physician prescription
• Operate radiation oncology equipment including:
  • CT Simulator
  • Linear Accelerator
  • QA Dosimeters
  • Diode Systems
  • Oncology computer systems
• Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to departmental protocols and safety standards
• Maintain accurate patient treatment documentation
• Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncology leadership and clinical staff

Requirements

• ARRT Certification required
• Current CPR Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Elekta and Mosaiq experience preferred
• Experience working in Photon therapy preferred
