A growing aesthetic medical spa organization is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a local position in a professional, client-focused environment.

About the Role

As an RN in our aesthetic medical spa, you will work with pre-scheduled clients in a professional and well-structured environment. You will assist with treatments, provide client education, monitor client safety and comfort, and help deliver a high-quality experience during every appointment.

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, warm, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. No prior aesthetic experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with aesthetic treatments and procedures under clinical supervision
• Monitor client safety, comfort, and satisfaction during appointments
• Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and charting
• Prepare, clean, and organize treatment rooms
• Follow company protocols, clinical standards, and sanitation procedures
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth client experience
• Participate in paid training and continued skill development
• Support a professional, welcoming, and client-focused environment

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• Sunday availability is required
• 3 additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday
• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Day shift position
• Up to 31 hours per week
• Daily shifts are typically 7–8 hours per day

Compensation

This position offers a competitive compensation structure that may include hourly pay, tips, commission opportunities, and fully paid training.

• Pay Range: $20–$27 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location
• Tips: Team members may receive client tips, which can vary based on client volume, schedule, service quality, and individual performance
• Commission Opportunity: Eligible team members may earn 1% commission on qualifying package sales of $3,000 or more related to services they perform
• Paid Training: Training is fully paid and includes online training during the first week, followed by hands-on training at the assigned location
• Total Compensation: Total earnings may include hourly pay, tips, and eligible commission. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, client volume, individual performance, and qualifying sales

Daily shifts are typically 7–8 hours per day, depending on the scheduled day. Sunday availability is required, and there are no overnight shifts. No prior aesthetic experience is required, and paid training is provided. New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
