Description

Travel X-Ray Tech – Pain Management / Spine / Orthopedics

Location: Dallas, TX
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Shift: Fridays Only | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekday Schedule
On-Call: 4–5 shifts per month required
Pay Package: $46/hr W2

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience
ARRT-Radiography (R) required
Texas Radiologic Technologist State Certificate required
BLS certification required
Experience with C-arm and portable imaging preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment

Job Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures for adult and pediatric patients
Operate portable X-ray and C-arm equipment in orthopedic, spine, and pain management cases
Assist physicians and clinical staff during procedures while maintaining radiation safety standards
Prepare patients for imaging exams and ensure accurate positioning and image quality
Support on-call coverage as needed
Maintain proper documentation and adhere to facility protocols

Additional Information

Guaranteed 4 hours per week
Work alongside an experienced imaging team in a high-volume orthopedic/spine hospital environment
