Description
Surgical Tech – Operating Room
CHI Health Good Samaritan | Kearney, NE 68847
Requirements:
- Must be able to independently scrub and assist in cranial/neuro procedures.
- Strong neuro-trauma experience required (candidates should demonstrate competency in neuro cases).
- Orthopedic total joint and orthopedic trauma experience required.
- General OR experience required.
- BLS certification required; CST preferred but not required.
Unit Details:
- Operating Room (11 suites)
- Approximately 18 cases per day
- Common specialties: Orthopedics, Urology, ENT, Neuro (including craniotomies and spine cases)
Schedule:
- 8 or 10-hour day shifts starting at 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday
- Consistent weekly schedule
