Description
Travel RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ICU RN will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical judgment and monitoring skills in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other clinical data.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
