Travel RN – Labor &amp; Delivery (L&amp;D)  We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor &amp; Delivery team. The L&amp;D RN will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and immediate postpartum process.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess, monitor, and care for patients during labor and delivery.</li><li>Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.</li><li>Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.</li><li>Assist physicians and providers during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.</li><li>Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.</li><li>Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies and changes in patient condition.</li><li>Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies.</li></ul>
