Job Title: RN Manager – Operating Room (OR) (Travel and Locals Accepted)
Location: Lodi, California 95240
Duration: 13-Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN Manager – Operating Room (OR) for a 13-week travel / local assignment in Lodi, CA.
This leadership role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong perioperative and management experience who can oversee daily OR operations, support clinical staff, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and coordinate daily Operating Room operations
✅ Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and ancillary staff
✅ Support staff development, engagement, and performance improvement
✅ Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and department leaders
✅ Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
✅ Promote efficient patient flow and exceptional patient care outcomes
✅ Assist in achieving departmental and organizational goals
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent combination of education and experience required
