Position: Physical Therapist – Home Health
Location: Tillamook, Oregon 97141
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 40 Hours per Week
Shift Length: 8 Hours | 5 Shifts per Week

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel / local assignment in beautiful Tillamook, Oregon.

The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life in the home health setting.

Education:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required (for therapists licensed on or after January 2016) or foreign equivalent
Recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience required

Licensure & Certifications: Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s) of practice CPR or BLS certification required Valid Driver’s License required
