Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist/ Manager of small therapy department   

Start Date: June 15, 2026

Location: Harlowton, MT

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. 12-hour orientation provided.

Highlights:

• Supervisor or Manager experience; Willingness to oversee the therapy department of 3 staff. (1 PT, 1 PTA, 1 Speech therapist) Be willing to work in the school district setting during the school year 2 half days per week. 
• Be open to the possibility of job sharing with a nearby facility. (closest facility 60 miles away).
• Be willing to provide community education.
• Be part of the leadership meeting once per month and leadership TEAMs huddles M-F at 0900 to represent the Therapy Department.
• Be able to see patients (we don't have a large volume of OT patients), This does include seeing Skilled inpatients in collaboration with PT, ST. 
• Has the strategy to look for opportunities to optimize therapy scheduling.
• Oversee Overtime and scheduling.

Requirements: 

• OT License and in good standing for Montana
• BLS
• at least 1 year of Supervisor or Manager experience
• At least 1 year treating children in school setting and adults in an inpatient setting
• Good communicator and team player
• professional, collaborative, positive. 

• Familiar with Cerner EMR.
