Location: Fayette, Georgia
Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Family Practice
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Compensation: 💰 $85–$105/hr All-Inclusive
Assignment Dates: July 8, 2026 – October 2, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: No Call
EMR: Epic
Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
 

Requirements

✅ Active Georgia License (GA only)
✅ BLS Certification
✅ Family Medicine / Primary Care experience preferred
✅ Must complete Epic training after credentialing
 

Additional Details

• Outpatient Family Medicine/Internal Medicine setting
• No hospital privileges required
• Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 21 days
• Kaiser Permanente / TSPMG assignment
• Ongoing coverage with potential extension
