Description
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Strong med-surg + telemetry skills
- Must handle:
- Cardiac monitoring & rhythm interpretation
- IV starts, central line care
- Drips (insulin, heparin, titratable drips)
- Chest tubes, trach care, wound care
- Post-op monitoring and discharge planning
Required Certifications
- BLS (mandatory)
- ACLS (preferred)
- Med-Surg certification (preferred, not required)
- Basic cardiac rhythm competency required
Technology Used
- EPIC EMR
- Alaris IV pumps
- Pyxis medication system
- Philips monitors
- Glucommander, telemetry systems, bladder scanners
