🚨 Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) – $169/HR | UCSF Health | 25-Week Contract 🚨
Prime Staffing is seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient assignment with UCSF Health in San Francisco, CA.
💰 Pay Rate: $169/HR
📍 Location: San Francisco, CA
📅 Start Date: ASAP / July 20, 2026
⏳ Contract Length: 25 Weeks
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🚫 No Weekends | No Call | No Holidays
Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient Neurosurgery Spine clinic
- Work alongside 5 surgeons, 2 physiatrists, and a team of 7 APPs
- Epic EMR
- Adult patient population
- Average 20–25 patients per day
- No inpatient responsibilities
- No OR time
- Manage follow-up visits, post-op care, imaging orders, medication management, patient triage, and clinical consultations
Requirements
✅ Active California NP License (or eligible for CA licensure)
✅ DEA License with Schedule II authority
✅ Current BLS Certification
✅ 2-3+ years of Neurosurgery Spine, Neuro-Spine, Orthopedic Spine, or Pain Management experience
✅ Comfortable conducting independent patient consults
✅ Experience managing spine patients required
✅ Academic Medical Center experience strongly preferred
✅ Epic experience preferred
