Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! 

Job Details: 
Schedule:  8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location:  Saint Petersburg, FL 
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range:  $48/hr- $56/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, fall prevention, safety strategies, and home exercise programs
• Complete OASIS assessments accurately and timely
• Document all patient care activities in compliance with agency, regulatory, and payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Home Health experience
• OASIS assessment knowledge and experience
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience
