🕒 Schedule & Contract Details
- Shift: Days | 5x8-hour shifts
- Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Scheduling: Self-scheduling (based on unit needs)
- Weekends: Rotating (1–2 weekends per 6 weeks)
📞 Call Requirements
- Required: Yes
- Minimum 3 call shifts per 6 weeks
- Includes 1 weekend call shift
- Weekday call: Post-shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM)
- Weekend call: 12-hour shifts (day or night)
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Circulate (scrubbing highly preferred) in a busy multi-specialty OR
- Assist with a wide variety of surgical procedures across service lines
- Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and advanced OR technology

- OR Rooms: 16
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Charting System: Epic
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
Specialties Include:
- Orthopedic & Spine (Required)
- Neurology (Required)
- Robotics (Required – Da Vinci, Mako systems)
- General, GYN, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Thoracic & more
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years OR RN experience (Required – Hard Stop)
- Travel experience required (or 5+ years strong OR experience)
- ACLS & BLS Certifications from AHA (Required)
- CNOR (Preferred)
- Experience in Ortho, Neuro, and Robotics (2/3 required to be considered)
- Strong circulating skills (scrubbing preferred)
⚙️ Skills & Experience
- Robotics systems: Da Vinci Xi/SP, Mako
- Ortho & spine procedures, neuro surgeries
- Infection control, specimen handling, laser & radiation safety
- Emergency response (MH, code, fire safety)
- IV starts, catheterization, wound management
📋 Additional Details
- RTO: Must be submitted at time of application
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week pay period
- Local Radius: 50 miles (local rates may apply)
- Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed (manager discretion)
- First-time travelers: Considered only with 5+ years experience
