Key Responsibilities
Conduct Behavioral Health Assessments
Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions
Provide Case Management Services
Coordinate Discharge Planning
Participate in Crisis Stabilization Interventions
Attend and Contribute to Multidisciplinary Treatment Team Meetings
