Location: Fishkill, NY, 12524
Shift: Monday 9-7, Tuesday 7a-3, Wednesday 10-7, Thursday 7-3, Friday 7-12,
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: 13 weeks

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital-based outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients on rehabilitation techniques, and maintain accurate documentation while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment.

Documents Required:

• Physical Therapist State license
• BLS Certified through AHA
• COVID vaccination

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions to support recovery and pain management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to maximize functional independence.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
