Description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

Pay: $26–$27/hr

Contract: 13‑week assignment
Start Date: 6/22 or 6/29

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to support a busy outpatient clinic in San Pablo, CA. This is a full‑time, weekday‑only role with no weekend or on‑call requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Rooming patients, taking vitals, and preparing exam rooms
  • Assisting providers with exams and procedures
  • Administering injections and performing point‑of‑care testing
  • Maintaining patient flow and supporting clinic operations
  • Documenting accurately in EPIC

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a community clinic or medical office
  • Active AHA BLS certification
  • Active CMA or RMA certification
  • Experience in a fast‑paced healthcare setting
  • Strong customer service and clinical skills
  • EPIC experience
