Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay: $26–$27/hr
Contract: 13‑week assignment
Start Date: 6/22 or 6/29
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Certified Medical Assistant to support a busy outpatient clinic in San Pablo, CA. This is a full‑time, weekday‑only role with no weekend or on‑call requirements.
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients, taking vitals, and preparing exam rooms
- Assisting providers with exams and procedures
- Administering injections and performing point‑of‑care testing
- Maintaining patient flow and supporting clinic operations
- Documenting accurately in EPIC
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Minimum 1 year experience in a community clinic or medical office
- Active AHA BLS certification
- Active CMA or RMA certification
- Experience in a fast‑paced healthcare setting
- Strong customer service and clinical skills
- EPIC experience
