Description

Interim Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and SICU

2-5 yrs of nurse manager or director experience
BLS (AHA)
Compact state license
BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred
Experience in medical ICU and CVICU
CCRN
Knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP and Sepsis
Has lead quality improvement iniatives
Has knowlege of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards
Budget development
Productivity mangement
Capital Budget planning
ICU flow optimzation
Interdiscipclinary collaboration
Intergrate ICU care models across the various ICUs
Proven success in leading cultural tranformation
Experience managing resistance across diverse teams
Relationship & Influence skills required
